OEM & private label
Put your own brand on a hookah hose line. We print your logo on the handle or cover, produce your colourways, and pack to your artwork — from poly bags to printed boxes. Before production starts you approve a physical sample and the packaging artwork, so what lands in your warehouse is what you signed off on.
Hose models & finishes
Silicone, rubber-foam and leather-wrapped handles; acrylic, aluminium and glass tips; single-use disposable hoses and washable models for lounges that clean and reuse. Our standard production hose is 1.8 m overall with a 38 cm handle and a 17.2 mm pipe diameter, sized for middle and large hookahs — length, handle profile and colourway can be adapted to your market.
Quality control & inspection
Every batch is checked during assembly and again before packing: seal and leak tests on the hose joints, a draw test for airflow, and a smell and taste check on the inner tube — the faults that actually come back as customer returns. Pre-shipment inspection runs on an AQL sampling plan with a photo report; third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged on request.
Samples & development
Send us the market, the price point and the look you are after. We ship existing models from stock, or build a custom sample with your colours and logo, sent by express courier so you can test it in your own market before committing to a production run. Send your artwork or a reference product photo and we will come back with options.
Packaging & shipping
Standard export packing is 100 hoses per carton in OPP or zip bags, marked with your shipping marks. We load full containers and consolidate mixed orders — hoses plus bowls, adapters, covers and other hookah accessories — into one shipment, and prepare the export documents your broker needs. Tell us your destination port and volume and we will quote the loading plan.
