We manufacture hookah hoses in Yiwu — we do not trade them
Since 2010 our workshop in Zhaozhai has produced hoses for wholesalers, lounge chains and brands. Handle profile, colourway, logo printing and packaging are all controlled in-house — which is why we can quote a factory price rather than a trader’s price.
What we make
Our own production covers every part of the hose — tube, handle, tip and cover — so a model can be adapted instead of replaced when your market asks for something different.
- Disposable glass handle hoses — sealed, single-use, high volume
- Silicone hoses, washable, for lounges that clean and reuse
- Rubber-foam and leather-wrapped handles
- Aluminium, acrylic and glass handles and tips
- Hose covers, adapters and accessories in the same colour palette
- Standard 1.8 m body, 38 cm handle, 17.2 mm pipe
How we run the factory
Three things buyers check before they place a first order with a new supplier.
In-house production, not assembly
We manufacture rather than trade: the hose lines run in our own workshop, so quantities, colours and delivery dates are decided at the factory instead of being promised by a middleman and confirmed later. 20+ containers of raw material are kept in stock so urgent orders do not wait for supply.
Quality control on every batch
Assembly is checked while the hose is built and again before packing: seal and leak tests on the joints, a draw test for airflow, and a smell and taste check on the inner tube. Pre-shipment inspection runs on an AQL sampling plan with a photo report, and third-party inspection such as SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged on request.
Private label from the beginning
Logos are printed on the handle or cover with UV printing, colourways are produced to your brand, and packing follows your artwork from poly bags to printed cartons. You approve a physical sample and the packaging before production starts, so what arrives is what you signed off on.
Who we supply
Three kinds of buyer, one production line.
Wholesalers & distributors
Container quantities of standard models, mixed orders consolidated into one shipment, and export documents prepared for your broker.
Lounge chains
High-turnover single-use hoses for venues that cannot wash and dry between guests, plus washable silicone lines where you prefer to reuse.
Brands & private label
Your logo, your colourways, your packaging, your shipping marks — developed and produced in-house, sample approved by you.
