Our standard export packing is 100 pcs per carton at 0.1 CBM per carton, which makes the arithmetic simple:
Roughly 280–300 cartons
≈ 28,000–30,000 hoses. Exact quantity depends on stacking and pallets.
Roughly 650–680 cartons
≈ 65,000–68,000 hoses, or a mixed load with bowls, adapters and covers.

Frequently asked by buyers
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs on our standard models. Custom colours, printed packaging and metal or acrylic handles may require a different minimum — we confirm it in writing for the specific model before production.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Logo printing on the hose and handle, custom colourways, printed packaging bags and printed cartons are all done in-house, with a physical sample and artwork approved by you first.
How do you control quality?
High-pressure sealing and stress testing on each batch, a documented 99.8% factory pass rate, and pre-shipment inspection on an AQL sampling plan with a photo report.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. We manufacture in Yiwu, China (Zhaozhai, the hookah trade district) and sell direct — which means no middleman margin in your price and full control over the production schedule.
Do you supply samples?
Yes — stock samples from existing models, or a custom sample in your colour and logo. Ask for the current sample lead time when you send your specification.
