Seal and leak tests on the joints, a draw test for airflow and a smell and taste check on the inner tube — the faults that otherwise come back as customer returns.
Before loading
Pre-shipment inspection on an AQL sampling plan with a photo report and a documented 99.8% factory pass rate. Third-party inspection such as SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged on request.

What is the minimum order for this hose?
500 pcs on the standard model. Custom colours, printed packaging and metal or acrylic handles may require a different minimum, and we confirm it in writing before production.
Which colours can I order?
Five stock colours: black, blue, red, pink and white. Custom colourways can be produced to your brand — send a colour reference and we will confirm what we can match.
Can you print our logo on the hose?
Yes. UV printing on the handle or cover, plus your own packaging: OPP or zip bags, printed bags and printed cartons, all produced in-house. You approve a physical sample and the artwork before production starts.
How many hoses fit in a container?
A 40 ft high cube takes roughly 650-680 cartons, about 65,000-68,000 hoses. A 20 ft container takes roughly 280-300 cartons, about 28,000-30,000 hoses. Exact quantities depend on stacking and pallets.
Can this hose be combined with accessories?
Yes. Covers, adapters and silicone bowls are made in the same factory and in the same colour palette, so one order passes one inspection and loads one container.
How is quality checked before shipment?
