Yes. Mixed orders are normal: several hose lines, plus bowls, adapters and covers, consolidated into one shipment with a single loading plan quoted against your volume.

Send your list or a reference photo with the quantity, destination port and branding needs. You receive a written quote with the price, the MOQ for that model, packaging options and lead time. After you approve a physical sample, we issue a proforma invoice; production starts on deposit, with photo updates on request. Then QC, packing and container loading.

A factory. We manufacture in Yiwu, China, in the Zhaozhai hookah trade district, and sell direct. That is why the price does not carry a middleman margin and why we can commit to a production schedule.

Four things: the hose type or a reference photo of the model you buy now, the quantity per order, your destination country and port, and whether you need your own logo or packaging.

Per model, on the quantity, the handle and tip you choose, and the packaging. Because tube, handle, tip and cover are all produced in-house, the quote is a factory price rather than a trader's price.

We issue a proforma invoice with the price, quantity, packaging and lead time. Production starts on deposit, and the balance and documents are set out in that PI before anything is loaded.

It depends on the model, the volume and whether the colourway is standard or custom. Lead time is confirmed in your PI, and stock models move faster than a new colour or handle. Tell us your deadline when you send the specification.

Yes. We ship existing models from stock, or build a custom sample in your colour and with your logo, sent by express courier so you can test it in your own market before committing to a production run.

Yes. Logo printing on the hose and handle with UV printing, custom colourways, printed packaging bags and printed cartons are all done in-house, with a physical sample and the packaging artwork approved by you before production.

Send a colour reference and your packaging artwork and we will confirm what can be matched. The standard palette (red, yellow, blue, green, black) is shared across hoses, covers and accessories so a mixed order still looks like one range.

High-pressure sealing and stress testing on every batch, with a documented 99.8% factory pass rate. Assembly is checked while the hose is built and again before packing: seal and leak tests on the joints, a draw test for airflow, and a smell and taste check on the inner tube.

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection runs on an AQL sampling plan with a photo report, and third-party inspection such as SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged on request.

That is the point of inspecting before loading rather than after arrival: faults are caught at the factory, where they can be put right or replaced before the container leaves. The inspection report is shared with you before shipment.

100 pcs per carton in OPP or zip bags, 0.1 CBM per carton, marked with your shipping marks. Printed bags and printed cartons are available for private label.

A 20 ft container takes roughly 280-300 cartons, about 28,000-30,000 hoses. A 40 ft high cube takes roughly 650-680 cartons, about 65,000-68,000 hoses, or a mixed load with bowls, adapters and covers. Exact quantities depend on stacking and pallets, so ask for a loading plan against your volume.

Yes. Accessories are produced in the same factory and in the same colour palette, so one order passes one inspection and loads one container instead of three separate shipments.

We regularly ship to the USA, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Germany and the UK, and we quote to your destination port. Tell us the port and the volume and we will work out the loading plan.
