Metal and acrylic models are produced to order rather than held in stock: the profile, colour and finish are made to your specification. Send a reference photo or drawing and we will confirm what we can run, the minimum order and the lead time.

If you are buying for a complete hookah set, we can match the hose handle finish to the stem and bowl accessories you order, so the parts arrive as one coherent product rather than a mixed look.

How many hoses fit in a container? At 100 pcs per carton and 0.1 CBM per carton:

• 20 ft (20GP) — roughly 280–300 cartons ≈ 28,000–30,000 hoses
• 40 ft high cube (40HQ) — roughly 650–680 cartons ≈ 65,000–68,000 hoses

Exact figures depend on stacking and pallets. We load mixed orders — hoses plus bowls, adapters and covers — into one shipment and quote a loading plan against your volume.

Do you keep metal handle hoses in stock?
Standard silicone, foam and leather models are stock lines; metal and acrylic handles are produced to order. Send your reference and we will confirm.

Can the handle colour be anodised to our brand colour?
Colour options are confirmed per order — send your Pantone or a reference sample.

What is the minimum order?
500 pcs on standard models; custom metal profiles may require a higher minimum, confirmed in writing.
